About Bloom Psychotherapy
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Scottsdale with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, I first earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and an Elementary Education Degree from Prescott College. In addition, I believe good counselors are committed to their own ongoing self-development, emotional processing, and self-awareness. Drawing from my own therapy, I understand the courage it takes to seek support and the profound impact of a strong therapeutic connection.
During sessions, there will be no judgment. I invite you to show up as you are, unfiltered, just as I will. As we develop a meaningful therapeutic connection, my role is to support you and listen for solutions as we increase self-awareness and self-understanding. This lays the foundation for you to examine and modify ways of being that may inadvertently be leading to pain so you can begin to experience yourself, your life, and your relationships peacefully and authentically.
All of my work is trauma-informed and I have experience helping people move through and understand their experiences with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, women’s issues, and relationship issues. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs utilizing different methods, such as:
