Relationships

Couples Therapy

Being in disconnect can lead to destructive cycles of relating that will erode trust and safety over time. Together we can understand what is happening beneath the issues so that both partners can understand each other’s attachment needs to develop a secure attachment bond, fight fairly (because all couples argue!), see one another’s perspectives, and stop negative cycles as they begin to appear.

Individual Relationship Support

While it takes two people for relationship struggles to occur, it can be very beneficial to explore one’s own role in those struggles. Together we can remove shame and look at what is going on underneath your side of the issues such as vulnerable feelings, anger, resentments, past hurts, unexpressed needs, misunderstandings, invalidations, unproductive patterns of relating, and rigid expectations of the other.

Siblings, Friendships, Partnerships

Together we can understand and modify harmful ways of relating that are likely rooted in feeling unimportant, taken advantage of, less than, abused, betrayed, misunderstood, unable to agree, and injustice to reestablish your connection with a dear friend, business partner, sibling, or other important relationship.
