Individual Clients: The prescribed length of treatment and frequency of sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals, but is ultimately your decision. Everyone is different and individual needs vary drastically. I make every effort to help as quickly and efficiently as possible while honoring an appropriate pace that fits your unique needs.
Couples: The length of treatment will depend on the length and severity of issues a couple is facing. While length of treatment and frequency of sessions is always the couple’s choice, couples who are looking to experience long-term change benefit from 8 or more weekly sessions.
It is kindly asked that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may really need it. Without the required notice, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment. I appreciate your understanding and respect with this policy.
